You can use a Eurail Pass if you are not a European resident.

Albania, Andorra, Austria, Bielorrusia, Bélgica, Bosnia-Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Croacia, República Checa, Chipre, Dinamarca, Estonia, Islas Feroe, Finlandia, Macedonia (ex República de Yugoslavia), Francia, Alemania, Gibraltar, Grecia, Hungría, Islandia, Irlanda, Italia, Letonia, Liechtenstein, Lituania, Luxemburgo, Malta, Moldavia, Mónaco, Montenegro, Países Bajos, Noruega, Polonia, Portugal, Rumania, Rusia, San Marino, Serbia, Eslovakia, Eslovenia, España, Suecia, Suiza, Turquía, Ucrania, Reino Unido, el Vaticano.
You are considered to be a resident of a country if you lived in this country for longer than 6 months on the first day of validity of your Pass. Train staff will check your residency in your travel documents.
If you are a resident from one of the countries mentioned above, you can travel with an InterRail Pass (see www.interrailnet.com).
Eurail and InterRail Pass holders can travel together if their Passes are valid in the same countries. Please note that the InterRail Global Pass is valid in more countries than the Eurail Global Pass.
